Very friendly environment Flexibility on working time and holidays
Cons
Lack of investment in local staff and preference on ultra young foreigners (mainly Italians) Lowest salary in the category Political considerations above humanitarian principles Decision to overlook corruption of local partners
Flexibility in taking decisions, horizontal lines, commitment, easy recruitment.
Cons
Lack of clear responsabilities, lack of professionalism and real managers. Border line with ethics. Functional organisation that doesn't respond when taks and funds are bigger. Compliance challenges.
I had a genuinely good time here, felt very supported by most managing staff except a few bad eggs which happens. Overall, they supported my professional progress and helped me move up
