      Pros

      I have worked at UnCommon Law for over a year and can say that the mission and the staff that make it happen are the reasons that I have chosen to stay here. Although the work can be challenging, it's rewarding and my team is very supportive. The pay, benefits, flexible time off, and learning opportunities are competitive.

      Cons

      At first, the culture and morale was low, but there have been big strides to improve and it's gotten better.

      My experience working at UCL has been great. People are very dedicated to the mission and all come with their own background and expertise-very willing to share their knowledge and offer advice.

      The field is by nature very challenging and can take an emotional toll.

      Small Office Friendly Staff Helps inmates get out on parole if they show good behavior and are ready to return to society

      Cons

      I didn't like how at the end of my summer internship, they were confused about my work schedule. They also knew I was a student but seemed to neglect this fact when I told them I can do an internship and school without pay
