      Pros

      Unshaadi was my 2nd job and I hope to work here for 5 years. Company culture is very inclusive and CEO Rushi is very hands-on and approachable

      Cons

      Some team members are too much into office politics but I'm sure they will be gone soon.

      Pros

      Working at Unshaadi, has been a very impactful experience. First you get be part of something that has power to change the perspective of society (baby steps). You get to work in an environment where your idea are heard and implemented might lead to success or failure is never a problem. Getting a chance to work with Rushi and learning so many things about management/business/client excellence has been a delight.

      Cons

      there no downside actually. growth I have seen in my career is exceptional.
