Low salaries.
It's an early startup, processes are confused and their application not consistent.
The dev team was not very well organized and the lead was not able to exploit the resources in the team and their background. Very good people with good hard and soft skills worked in the team but, when they saw that there was no chanche to grow up, they left.
Lot of micro management in the dev department. Manager is resistant to delegate and at the same time not able to keep control of everything.
General management doesn't seem to be interested in how the teams are feeling about the team management.
