Pros

There are many Slack channels that makes you feel good in all areas of interest, and there is donut bingo on Fridays. Decent salary offering.

Cons

There is a strong lack of trust from higher up and unhealthy amount of micromanaging. The environment doesn't encourage creativity.

Pros

The work environment is predominantly remote, offering flexibility and convenience for team members working from home. However, for those who choose to or need to work in the office, there’s an opportunity to connect face-to-face with local colleagues, fostering a sense of community and collaboration. The in-office experience is further enhanced by the provision of complimentary meals, adding a welcoming and thoughtful touch to the workplace culture. The team itself is composed of genuinely kind and supportive individuals, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages both professional growth and personal satisfaction.

Cons

On the downside, the company is currently facing significant challenges. There is little to no meaningful work available, leaving employees uncertain about their roles and contributions. Unfortunately, the leadership from the studio heads often appears disorganized and disconnected, leading to questionable decisions that have negatively impacted the company. Poor gameplay quality and a lack of responsiveness to feedback from both employees and the player community have caused the loss of major contracts—key to the studio's sustainability. These missteps have culminated in the unfortunate need to downsize, with a substantial portion of the staff being laid off. While this is undoubtedly difficult for those affected, it may ultimately reflect deeper issues within the company that need resolution. Regrettably, the current trajectory of the studio raises concerns about its long-term viability, as there is little indication of a strategic plan to regain stability or rebuild trust with its employees and fans.
