      benefits are solid with health insurance, PTO, and remote flexibility

      Cons

      Extremely toxic management. Goal posts are constantly moved. Paid at entry level, expected to perform at senior level. 3-5 interviews that are similar to sorority or fraternity hazing. Only go for it if you're desperate for a job.

      Pros

      Unchained has an incredible company culture and has so much opportunities to learn and grow. Very happy with the company hierarchy and the skill level of my peers. Unchained takes security and does what every they can to make sure employees have the tools they need to do their job grow the company and the employee. The Executive team is very organized making it easy to get support and understand what each department is doing.

      Cons

      The Bitcoin space is constantly changing. Unchained offers many products which makes product market fit challenging at times.
