      Pros

      Not paying full price for the low quality jewelry

      Cons

      They did everything they could to keep this job considered part time. Would scheduled people for 39.9 hours and force them to take hour long lunch breaks. Unless you’re “casted” on the show you receive no respect or acknowledgement. Degrading and toxic company culture that resulted in endless drama.

      -Lack of respect for sales associates, managers and customer service reps -Lack of team morale -UJ tolerates bullying and harassment -Lacks problem solving -Pays retail and HQ associates horribly -Lacks ethical practices

      Pros

      - Close to fun areas (but can get dodgy at night) - you get a few free pieces when you start - fun restaurants/event/coffee shops nearby

      Cons

      Poor management - perhaps because of the nature of the brand, it attracted a certain personality type - mean girl. If you can handle passive aggressive digs and the same immature tactics of attempted intimidation you endured in middle school, you should be fine.
