Very chill job, get to work outside in beautiful environment, lot of young workers & no one breathing down your back, GREAT HOUSING and the town of Livingston is sick. Great access to Bozeman as well but ..

Cons

.Management changed right when I left (older, more corporate) so I'm not sure what the vibe will be next. We had unprecedented turnover my season (2025) due to pay dissatisfaction and sinking morale. Out of the 50 that started the season, only 9 of us desperates remained. Small crew, not first choice if looking for bigger community Pay not great. Don't think I left with any savings
