Honestly one of the best places I worked at for growing as a cybersecurity professional. The bar is really high here and you feel it from day one. People around you are smart and motivated, and that pushes you to be better every week
Yes the work is hard. But cybersecurity is hard, that is just how it is. You deal with real threats, real customers, problems that do not have a clean answer in any textbook. If you want easy and predictable this is probably not the place for you. If you want to actually grow and become strong in this field, this is exactly where you should be
Team is great. People share knowledge, help each other, and you can ask any question without feeling stupid. Management trusts you to own your work and gives you space to try things. They support you when things get tough
there are tons of opportunities if you want to take them. New projects, new technologies, new directions all the time. People who show initiative actually get noticed and get real chances to step up. The culture is also very human, flexible hours, remote options, respect for your personal life. Feels like a team not a corporate machine
Lots of challenges every day, but in a good way. You finish the month and realize you grew. That feeling is hard to find in other places
Cons
Pace is intense and the workload can be heavy during busy weeks. Priorities sometimes change fast because the field itself changes fast. Not every process is fully polished yet but you can see the company is working on it. If you need a calm 9 to 5 this might not be the best fit for you
