Pros

I've had a great experience at UnderDefense so far. What I appreciate most is the level of trust and ownership people get. You're encouraged to make decisions, challenge ideas, and take initiative. In many ways, it reminds me of the Netflix culture, where people are trusted to do their best work and are evaluated based on impact rather than activity. The pace is fast, which means you're constantly learning. I've gained more practical experience here in a relatively short time than in other organizations. Another thing that stands out is how open the company is to new ideas and experiments. If you have a well-thought-out proposal, people will listen. That creates an environment where you can grow, test new approaches, and make a real contribution. The team is smart, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Combined with modern tools and a culture of continuous improvement, it makes UnderDefense a place where it's easy to stay motivated and keep developing professionally.

Cons

Nothing to be improved so far.

Pros

This is one of those rare places where everyone around you is actually sharp. The team is strong top to bottom + people genuinely care about the work and it shows. Everyone pulls their weight and then some, and that energy is contagious in the best way. The product is legit - they're constantly building and pushing forward in the cyber space, which matters a ton in a domain that moves this fast. There's a real ecosystem of products here, not just one thing duct-taped together, and you can tell the roadmap is heading in the right direction. For me go-to-market strategy is clear and well thought out, which makes a huge difference on the sales side — you're not flying blind, you know what you're selling and why it wins. + You can quickly grow and learn with this company roadmap . Biggest thing for me! you will learn a looot here. You will be surrounded by top-tier specialists who know their stuff, and if you stay curious you'll grow fast. I've picked up more in my time here than in roles I held twice as long elsewhere. And there's no real ceiling — if you put in the work and keep raising your game, the room to grow keeps opening up. How far you go is genuinely up to you.

Cons

I'll be straight... if your number one priority is a cushy 9-to-5 and perfect work-life balance, this probably isn't the fit. People here work hard and the bar is high. You can't just coast and check boxes. For me, that's a feature, not a bug, but it's worth knowing going in.

Pros

Joined after couple years doing SDR in regular saas and switching to cybersec here was great move. Conversations are way more interesting clients have real problems and you actualy feel like you helping them not just hitting quota Team is super strong. Anyone you ping on chat will help no ego no gatekeeping. Lot of senior AEs and SEs who been in cybersec for years and they share openly. Onboarding was smooth had clear ramp up plan from week one

Cons

Quarter ends can be stressful with multiple campaigns running in paralel. Internal docs not always up to date so sometimes faster to just ask someone then search wiki
