Pros
The hours can be flexible (especially in marketing), benefits like food and transport allowance, provident fund, etc, are added. Teams are competent and there's work to do, you'll never run out of things to get done and initiatives to take.
Cons
Not much really, I guess for some people the management can seem too blunt? Personally, I think they're straightforward and fair, if you drop the ball, don't expect cuddles, they know how to give a slap on the wrist.
