Colleagues are great but management could do better

Pros

- Most of the colleagues are nice and willing to lend a hand when in need. - You will learn a lot because you pretty much have to figure out everything on your own

Cons

- Gives in to the clients' demands 99.9% of the time be it requests or submission of deadlines so expect to be asked to deliver work by EOD or work over the weekends on extremely last minute requests. - Strong lack of communication between departments and management. Different members receive different information, sometimes none at all and the teams themselves mostly have to pick up the pieces on their own. - Not much support from Management, things tend to get swept under the rug with empty promises and soon forgotten afterwards. - There will always be heavy workload but the problem lies in its delegation and management. There has never been a single low for teams to rest. - SOPs don't exist, it has long since been blown out the window. - If you're a Creative, you will get the shortest end of the stick. You will have to manage workload given from 7 different channels but they will all expect you to complete them within the same timeframe.

Simply being able to survive in this company. Realising other companies treat their employees even better.

Cons

They don’t create a safe environment for employees to speak the truth. Upper management will alway say the doors are always open but will labeled as negative after. “The get together” is just marketing for the company. Upper management thinks is everyone elses fault but not them.

We believe in accountability at all levels, to ensure that our leadership team is accessible and receptive to feedback. Lack of responsibility. Not recommended.

Seemed friendly, and there were plenty of good reviews.

Cons

Interviewer was late to the virtual meet and appeared uninterested and distracted most of the time. Scheduled for a physical meeting after the interview and interviewer went MIA after and even missed out on the schedule with no follow up. Despite all the positive interviews from this place which apparently are from current employees, will not recommend to future employees.
