Most reviews of Glassdoor are written by employees in front of manager. Here is a real one The culture is predatory towards women and the comapny does not care. HR is useless, they don't even want to work in solving issues. Girls either leave, give in to seniors' needs or quietly stay going through everything. In our girls discussion, i came to know about tens of s*****harassment cases which were ignored . Quality of work is very bad also. Managers do not know how to do Seniors abuse everyone openly Many girls and even boys have complained but the complain goes to the the predators who find reasons to fire within a week of complaints. I spoke to a female HR and she said it happens. Ma'am it does not happen and should not happen. No system for work, or safety. I am in Sales team.
