The whole company is riddled with dishonesty, bullying and broken promises, feeding on vulnerability and weakness. With the lure of working within one of the top film studios in the UK and a “fun” working environment you find yourself caught in the spiders web of absolute doom.

Irrational behaviour from senior staff. Not only will you be shouted at, you will be sworn at too. This immature and unacceptable behaviour is then brushed off by the directors. There is no HR in this office.
It’s take take take, you will be expected to fork out for work duties from time to time and won’t see those expenses back anytime soon.
Disorganised would be an understatement to management. Untrusting of their own staff and quick to throw people under the bus when poo hits the fan (which is a weekly occurrence).
Do not expect to be appreciated, respected or worth anything to this company when joining. Its almost as if they are there to line their own pockets at the EXPENSE of others. The turnover of staff will quickly become apparent should you be unlucky enough to become an employee.
