Poor pay Unrealistic targets and too many properties to manage. Poor management Friends of Director work within building blurring lines of what the business is and who’s managing it. Terrible High staff turnover

-fun office environment, -the sales side is really social and a fun way to meet other students -absurdly good money for a student with the commission -really easy
Cons
-you have to live in one of their houses to get the job -sometimes feel like a used car salesman
