Hell lot of politics

Pros

Nothing honestly except a hybrid work model

Cons

Male leaders are insecure of women leaders. Everyone is just talking bad about each other behind their back. Discrediting others work. Full on politics. Founders love to run a puppet show. They create rivalry between managers. They don’t go by numbers but by words put in their ears. They make you work like donkeys and pay you peanuts. HR is biased towards her community and people from her religion. Won’t give you raise when you join but will give you designation and will keep saying we gave you designation who will give you this. He can’t give raise.

Pros

No pros They don’t know who and why are they hiring HR will call saying we have multiple openings come for interview ( to simply achieve her targets) “Chief Business officer” asks random questions and creates a role for me After more than a month, final call is done Introduces me to the team members Then HR says sorry there’s no role and budget! CBO, management and HR clearly has no clarity New company - Think before joining! Don’t play with your career!

Cons

Only cons… HR is conning people

Good salary, terrible management

Pros

The only pro here would be the paycheck

Cons

The salary was good, but the team's atmosphere, at least in my department, felt like college with no maturity. There was constant gossip and zero work-life balance. Texts on WhatsApp before and after shifts, even on weekends. I've worked in different places, but this has been one of the most toxic. Appreciations were just for show; managers weren't good at managing people, and it seemed they weren't trained. The candidate they are looking for is an extrovert who loves to party and talks with the entire office. Your ideas won't reach the higher-ups, and the work dynamic is weird. This place made me realize why people choose less pay for peace. The job I applied for felt like a joke; I felt like I was doing another team's work more than my actual job. If you want to excel in your field, I suggest avoiding this place. If you need money and are willing to work 24/7 with micromanagement, this place would be for you. When you leave, your experience will be all over the place. Finding a good company next will be tough due to a lack of experience. Even after leaving, the team stalks you, as I said in the beginning, it's more of a dramatic college than a professional work environment.
