Intentional non-listening, or refusing to listen. Ignorance. Refusing to take accountability. Refusing to learn so the company can grow. Everything is a competition or discrimination if you are not Chinese and/or mandarin. Constant battle fighting the current UniUni Mandarin/Chinese employees. UniUni refuses to believe that people, carriers, clients, customers, outside of their culture can provide value to the company. Intentional sabotage by specific people. People have openly mentioned that people outside of their culture are unwelcome, and will not be treated equally, and are not wanted here. Very far from being a "welcome with open arms" company. No diversity or inclusion allowed. Immaturity at its finest. Uni hires people in their early twenties, with no industry experience or knowledge. ( Which is fine if these young people were open to learning ) instead they come in disrespecting people, and being immature on a level where my 3 year old and 9 year old are more mature in handling themselves.
