Brand equity is very good acceptance is there in the market and reporting system is robust with lot of info good for analysis of business. Salaries are paid in time.
Cons
Management is totally out of sight from on ground realities like very ambitious target, holding salary of employees, Debiting hefty penalties , delay in settle of trade claims which is the most bothering, other trade policies are very much intricate... as a result of these few policy's company is still striving like a startup.
