Pros

Every day I learn a new way to laugh. Very nice offices, nice location. Lots of marketing budget available, Free fruit every day.

Cons

They teach you unethical practices. Management reminds me of "The Wolf of Wall Street" however attitudes change when the owners are in town.

Pros

As my first full-time employment, the prospect of finding a job and entering the workforce was daunting to say the least. As a new experience I was not too sure what to expect and was quite anxious about the whole ordeal. Upon starting at Uniblue I was immediately drawn towards to the company. The atmosphere initially appealed to me as a friendly and welcoming one with an uplifting environment. I was immediately made to feel welcome and everyone took their time to meet me and explain to me in detail what everyone’s role within the company is and exactly what my role specifically within the company would be. I immediately felt that I belong to and am part of a great team and was made to feel that my role within the company was important. As regards to my role, I feel I am encouraged to explore and be creative with new practices and ideas. Voicing opinions and suggestions is highly regarded and encouraged thus creating a healthy and advantageous working environment. The company also kindly provides a number of perks such as health benefits and insurance as well as weekly and monthly activities organised with the aim of encouraging employee relations. All in all I would rate the company very highly as regards to both personal and professional development as it truly understands the value of each and every employee making each one of us feel appreciated which in turn creates a more enthusiastic and motivated workforce.

Cons

I have no unfavourable factors or reasons to note. I am thoroughly enjoying my time working here and have nothing but positive feedback and experiences to share.

Uniblue has helped me grow and develop my professional skill-set further. Uniblue challenges its employees to go further and reach higher, we are encouraged to keep learning and to never stop growing in our chosen paths. Uniblue inspires and motivates their employees; we are gifted with the necessary resources to fuel creativity and productivity. Uniblue supports our personal wellbeing with; private health care, a personal fitness budget, each day we are graced with fresh fruit, we have numerous facilities and recreational areas which allow us to unwind and socialize, we have comfortable working spaces, monthly activities are organized by the employee committee to boost team building and cultivate harmony between all its members, the list of benefits goes on…and on! I look at Uniblue as if it were my home and the people as though they are my family. The Uniblue culture is built on sound moral values, which are reflected in each Uniblue employee. There is no one more UNIQUE than a Uniblue employee. Uniblue people are passionate people, inspiring people; they are born leaders in their professional fields and as individuals. To me Uniblue is not just a company; it’s a ‘role model’ for life!
