That last review is so blatantly bogus. There are no real pros. Do we really need tvs on every wall?

There is no concept of loyalty. Lots of employees have quit because of how bad this place is becoming lately.

There is no reason to ever work here stay away!! No Pros in my opinion.

This company has a disease starts with a Q ends with Y, to say this company has a bad culture is an understatement. It is more like a cult, if your not a yes man don't bother working here, if you think independently stay away. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for, they have a very high turn over rate for a reason.

HMO insurance covered by company in full, and I can't say that there is much else that would be considered a pro

Cons

Everything else, especially management (ranging from the department head to the owner) and the pay - so much for their Unical family values. If this is how you treat family, then I'd be concerned.
