Location flexibility would have counted as a positive if one weren't expected to be wasting precious time on pointless video calls for the best part of the day

Cons

Outdated processes, poor leadership, lack of trust combined with an inexcusably counterproductive level of micromanagement make for an extremely toxic and stressful working environment
