Too many Peons in this company, one time I counted & found there were 5 peons working here, but no cleanliness is there...especially in pantry, food eating area & girls washroom Basic amenties are not available, for medical kit, HR will "manipulate you to have different medicie because they dont have a use full Medical Kit" Drinking water is a huge problem, the water tank & cooler had fungus which was pointed out for many months but careless people take no action Water Cooler once had a dead mouse in it, for 2-3 days & stll no action wa staken to solve this at once, there are more HR's than peons & therefore none of the above are good for anything If you ignore all of this - which means common sense things. Then you are also let down by the salary which not as per industry standards. I think HR always manipulate candidates from UP birthplace by saying comments like "aap UP se hi ho, thoda kam amount mein le lo" which is absurd, keeping in mind the problems for toilet & water you'll face on many days CEO & CTO don't run company like a team & do whatever they like, they are not very popular with employees & have no sense of treating junior engineers like servants

Seniors are rude to fresh joining & give them major tasks without any help. If you go to team leader they call you bad names & threathen for giving bad performance report. the CTO sir took my interview on 1 framweork & then started putting me inprojects that were on different farmework without any training time or research time. After sometime they started saying that I couldnot perform work & gave me warning period. I worked hard & stayed late in office to better complete the tasks but they removed me to replace me with an employee with lesser salary package. I had told my senior to understand that it will take time to understand the projects and the tasks will take time. But they complained & shouted. I dont know how female workers still work over here.
