The role helped clarify the type of work environment I want moving forward.

Cons

Unhealthy and competitive work environment where collaboration is limited. Colleagues often seemed more focused on individual advancement than team success, creating a passive-aggressive atmosphere. Even during my time there, the overall mission and impact of the organization remained unclear. I witnessed situations where individuals came in seeking support, but the organization struggled to provide meaningful assistance.
