      Very much is a clique. If you don't fit in you better watch out

      Pros

      The company is a manufacturer of some good products. The workforce is very dedicated

      Cons

      The organization is run from the very top. Good ideas are only generated at the very highest level. Everyday workers may have good ideas but no one will seriously listen to you. There is a lot of good old boys mentality and you will be on the outside looking in if you can't break into that cliques, you are very expendable.

      Overall good company to work for. Co workers are great for the most part, but like any company there are some slackers. Waunakee is a great place to live

      Cons

      Getting a raise is like pulling teeth. Supervisors do not want to seem to go to bat for their employees. Benefits are good but not great
