Pros
The company structure is well done. 401k and PTO is done relatively easy and their HR software is simple to use.
Cons
The environment is filled with clique behavior and if you are not willing to play the game, you won't last long. The people in position of authority are not aware of the drama thats constant. People are willing to NOT help you succeed in the hope it will help their stature in some positive way. If you speak up, you may not last long.
