There's better jobs out there.
Pros
Customers brought us lots of treats.
Cons
They don't train you properly. Rules get thrown at you in 2 days and then they show you how to run the transactions the last 3 days. They don't put you on a drawer with a trainer at all. If you aren't quick enough with transactions then you'll get in trouble. Some drive thru customers throw a fit if their money isn't out to them in 5 seconds. Most of the branches are short staffed. Literally everyone is quitting left and right. It's so bad in my region that they are asking for people to give up their monthly Saturday off. They think that they can operate with 3 people but they can't. If someone isn't there and a customer comes in wanting an account then you're stuck by yourself for a while. This happened to me a lot and it always got busy. If there are only 2 people then you aren't allowed to clock out for lunch. You have to eat on the teller line. I didn't stay very long because my supervisor was mean to me. You'd be better off finding something else.
