      Easy job for the most part, since nobody knows what they are doing.

      Cons

      Management is non existing, the boss and his wife run the joint and make every single employee a manager, so there are no clear lines of management. Pay sucks No pay increases Losing clients all the time No one uses spell check Nobody has clear cut jobs, everyone does everything

      In this company best management system and manage work very comfortable .Emloyees work well and management always motivate their emloyees.

      According to me if management good than in company emloyees never suffer problems .So no need of and suggestion.
