Pros

The only pro would be to leave this unethical company.

Cons

I worked with Unified Health for a period, and I want to share my experience to help others understand the realities of this company. Lack of Transparency: Unified Health does not advertise itself honestly, nor does it conduct business in a transparent or ethical manner. The way they manage their employees is questionable at best. Employee Care and Compensation Issues: The company does not take good care of its employees. One of the major issues is with compensation. Employees are not guaranteed to be paid on time or in full for the hours they work. This creates a lot of financial uncertainty and stress. Problematic Systems (Ivinex and MAX): The company uses systems like Ivinex and MAX that seem designed to ensure that if you want to be paid, you must be both online and actively taking calls. If you’re inactive for even two minutes—say, if you’re trying to look something up—you could be kicked out of the system and forced to log back in. This makes it extremely difficult to manage even basic tasks during your workday. Unfair Pay Structure: Unified Health does not pay employees by the hour, which is a violation of U.S. labor laws. Instead, they pay based on productivity and the minutes you are logged in and available. If you’re offline for 10-20 minutes for a bathroom break or any other reason, you will not be paid for that time. This practice is highly unfair and unethical. It’s shocking that they can get away with this.

Pros

Nothing pro about them this company.

Cons

My experience was awful. They dock you pay for everything. If you to the bathroom, breaks, lunch and your computer goes down. They dock your pay. You don't learn about it until you see your pay check.

Pros

- Millennial Supervisors - Flexible Scheduling (you work any weekday at any time) - Remote work, can use your own computer - No micromanaging, no need to use a camera - LAX atmosphere - CEO sends gift boxes every holiday, even though the stuff in it sucks

Cons

- Old, recycled outbound leads that you're required to dial every 2 minutes - Inbound leads are deceptive and callers get upset that they are not eligible for the benefits listed on their marketing piece - Commission is low. Without good leads, sales are limited - $40 per MAPD sale, $5 for PDP - Residuals are only $2.08 - 3 months captive employer - You must pay for your own CE and AHIP - No room for advancement or pay raise.
