Incompetent middle management is the plaque of the cavity

Diversity, multi cultural, fun events, flexible hours, free cakes and desserts from test bakery

Cons

The company operates on politics, favourites and cheap labours especially new immigrants and students, everyone holds a position as a middle management there is mind numbingly stupid, with no education, they focus on how to save their job by sabotaging the company

Established product line. People already know what to do.

Cons

Management don't know how to manage. They are ALL just filling in their time. Company ownership is offshore. Goal is to keep everything in the black and shows signs that it is a profitable investment for the "next" owner.
