A beautiful company on the outside, ugly on the inside. Unfortunately, most employees tend to be hypocritical to achieve their goals and do not care about self-development. The administration suffers from a lack of experience and the issuance of decisions that affect the stability of the work environment and the employee. The Hamdan brothers make up stories to put the stamp of success on their lives, but in reality the stories they see are not true to anything.

- Ambiguous communication in the name of clear communication - Poor senior leadership. Product head thinks himself as engg head and is not much bothered about sales and marketing of the product - Marketing head doesn't understand complexities of the product and drives his own agendas - Infact all senior leadership are here to drive their own agenda instead of working in harmony for company growth and its because there is no strong leader who can control these product ,marketing, sales heads driving their own agendas - Mass layoff has happened once affecting almost 35% workforce across all divisions and remaining people are still under tension and looking for greener pastures if they get an opportunity
