The HR department is worst of all which automatically proves how bad the company is. There is no encouraging environment so you will feel low if you ever join this company plus the people here don't have manners not even a single person.

If you want to experience how the worst company behave and work join here. You can join here at your own risk no management lots of politics everybody is cheap mantality person, managers are more cheaper than other. The owner will treat you like a servant. No appraisal in one year. HR persons is behave very rude with all people. If you will be late to reach office your salary will be cut on daily basis. They always finding a way how to cut the salary of employee, their is no leave at all in this company, you will be credited with 10 leave overall but you can't use that leave. Notice period is 3 month, but when they fire it will be only one month, sometime in 10 days.
