Pros

If you are lucky - good international crew.

Cons

- Lack of access to any database for client and market research - Lack of a computer access (there are 5 slow computers to share between 10 people, 1 hour daily) - Work is based on the telephone and printed out sheets of paper of your research - Medium-level managers are so desperate that they steal your clients if they are having a bad month, additionally they are often not very good sales people - Conferences are often not very well produced (bad dates or bad program; selling started too late) so the management encourages you to promise to the clients unrealistic information beyond the limits or simply to lie - No benefits (management forces you to take your holidays - standard 20 days - even in case of going to a doctor; no meal vouchers; no extra holidays) - Very strict , disrespectful environment towards the employees

Our company is well known for having an extremely friendly international working environment and it is surprising for us to hear, that good international crew is only available, if the applicant is lucky :) But you are right indeed: we all are very lucky having an opportunity to enjoy working in such a friendly atmosphere combining different cultures and backgrounds! Let try to reply to your points below: - Every sales executive is entitled to use a prospects/clients database, with the unlimited access to it during working hours; We also require our colleagues to make their own research for leads, as we strongly believe it gives a person a chance to build valuable connections and excel their communication skills with top industry experts, and constant skills improvement is extremely important for every professional; - Every employee gets a personal computer and a corporate phone on first day of work, we are very sorry you have decided to leave our Family at a tough time, when things were not that great as they are now :( - Conference Sales Lifecycle consists of many events that occur during the selling process of the product, and includes managing the entire sales process, from internet based research for the identification of potential clients through contract signing to securing payments, achieving personal and team sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, visa application support, and many more interesting parts of the job. You are right indeed, that big part of work is based on the phone calls and people make notes on a printed call-back forms, but we only appreciate if our colleagues are willing to use innovative and modern approaches to sales and are ready to provide our full support in that! - Like in every company, we have our internal system and structure, including leads management. It is not possible for us to discuss the full leads management lifecycle here, but we'd be happy to learn more about this particular situation and make things right! If you wouldn't mind giving us a call at +420 226 220 461 it would be greatly appreciated, as we are strongly focused to provide our team the best possible working conditions and are willing to work towards it! - We would like to take this opportunity to intercede for our Production Department, which is well known by professionally producing a high-quality events of all sizes and on a wide variety of topics, and according to our clients' feedback all our events for the past 17 years were very successful, with the high level of customer satisfaction. You are right, that sometimes prospects are unable to travel to and attend our conferences due to the fact, that dates are busy on their agenda. But these situations are of course individual and one the possible outcomes might be contacting the alternative lead.. It is true, that at the beginning of conference sales we give to potential clients an estimated amount of attendees, but this numbers are always realistic and based on the previous years' experience, and as a rule every annual event exceeds the number of delegates, comparing to the previous edition. - We do have 4 full weeks of paid holidays; if we need to go and see the doctor - it is enough to bring a confirming paper form the hospital and this day or part of the day will not be taken from holidays; we do have meal vouchers, in addition to a basic salary + attractive commission structure; - Our company is well known for its friendly, multicultural environment and a family-like atmosphere; we often celebrate holidays together, organize teambuildings and corporate parties. Many of us are friends outside the office too, including many former employees. We are deeply sorry you did not find our team and environment friendly and respectful :( We would like to invite you for a cup of coffee one day, and maybe we could get another chance to know each other better and from a different perspective! My 1st management experience

Pros

gave me my 1st chance fast promotion, my 1st management experience as well unlimited commission, yes not every month reaching it, but when it pays it pays good friendly atmosphere great office space and great terrasse free snacks and drinks great multicultural team meal vouchers 1st knowledege of the business world

Cons

Could be tough some days but rejections are part of the game Energy consuming Big self motivation needed

Good sales school, excellent opportunity to earn money, great international environment

Cons

I do not remember any really. Probably, what comes first to my mind that I was at the constant time pressure at the end of each month to rich my sales targets
