Worst place to work ever

Business outlook

Pros

I can't really think of one, but man people make up their own hours to work. Some one with a high school diploma can do the work.

Cons

People are really untrained They have a so called trainer but he doesn't know what he is doing. Their product is a joke. They rip off the people that use the product. Nothing ever works. They push out new updates for their software without even putting it through proper testing. Management is a joke. If there is a problem and you come to them about it you become the problem. They pay sucks. Its not just bad It sucks. Bonuses are even worse. 22 dollars for a Christmas bonus that you don't get til May or June. People have major hygiene issues. People are always complaining about how bad it is there, but don't they try to do anything about it. The equipment sucks. Sugestions in the sugestion box make you a target. There is no culture unless you play WoW Your penalized for doing the right things. It's basically a place to wast your life.

Developers Beware!

Recommend

Business outlook

Pros

The development stack provides an array of challenging technologies for any developer with opportunities to solve highly unique problems. Work from home twice a week (while it lasts) and a new building are nice benefits.

Cons

A complete lack of leadership and/or people with adequate knowledge in modern software development practices has led to a fledgling company. Failing to keep/hire Directors of Development has ruined the morale of the development team. Despite willingness of developers, no opportunity is given to fill the desperately needed leadership roles or advance in the company. Almost all of the most knowledgeable and highly skilled developers have resigned to pursue far better opportunities. Software is often written by non-developer employees and forced upon the development team or desperate attempts to replace members with outsourced workers. Lack of raises, below average salaries and no respect for an often high stakes and complicated work, sets a low, low bar for employee value. This is a company built and surviving on the revenue of it's developed software, yet continues to show it does not want to be in the development business.

Pros

Decent group of people you will work with. Benefits are set up well.

Cons

Extreme expectations placed. Blatant favoritism. The dumb leading the blind is the best way to describe this place.
