If you smoke, you can use the balcony any number of times to do so.
Cons
No documents are provided on the time of leaving. If background verification is done by the company you are going tk join, they will give most worse feedback possible (like lack of knowledge, disturbing the office environment, doing office politics, sexual harassment e.t.c). All details are fake. Number of employees is around 25. Owner is uneducated, doesn't know a single line of coding. Expects his employees to perform like the best ones out there. Average salary for freshers is 60K INR/annum. For 5 years of experience, it is around 250K INR/annum.
