I have been working for Unilink for just over 13 years now and it’s hard to put into words to what a great company Unilink is to work for. Unilink has assisted me in progressing my career and has also played a significant role in helping me achieve numerous personal milestones, for which I am incredibly grateful. Both teams in the UK and in Australia have been fantastic to work with. The support I have received over the years has been truly remarkable. Within this company, you're not just a number, you're truly treated as an individual. I am truly honored to be part of Unilink who values and supports their employees in such meaningful ways. I am so grateful for this opportunity and look forward to continuing to grow and succeed with Unilink.

Cons

Limited Benefits Outside Head Office: Employees not working at the head office (UK) location may receive fewer additional benefits. Slow Sales Cycles: Working in the corrections sector often results in slower sales cycles.

Our benefits do differ between countries for example Australia compared to UK so it is more country specific, we strive to keep the benefits as similar as we can but this is not always possible. Your observation about the need for increased delegation and trust in employees is insightful and well-received. I will raise this with the Senior Management Team and encourage further delegation.
