Their way or the highway mentality. There will never act on or address any concerns you may have. It is simply noted. Departments are kept from actually working together, or even meeting together. Resources are scattered and disorganized, a good portion is not even digitized, and what is digitized is not easily accessible or kept up to date. More time is spent researching and resolving problems after the fact, instead of changing the process to prevent issues in the first place. Even when solutions are provided. Training is weak and assumed knowledge is prevalent.
