Very high volume production in business credit center, management has big egos, low employee morale

Pros

Management brings in lunches on fridays during peak production times.

Cons

Very high production environment. Employees are worked hard with lots of overtime. Bank goes through processors like crazy b/c they work 24/7. Bunch of former Lehman employees who look out for one another with raises, promotions and bonuses. Lots of Lofty titles.

Medical benefits are good. Holidays are paid.

Cons

Poor management. Everything is micromanaged. You complain to HR what managers do is out of policy and they cover up for them and get away with it. No growth unless you know someone in senior management or sleep with them. Sales goals are unrealistic with products not being competitive with the current market. The company is not stable. They are always giving away "packages" to employees of all departments.
