Cons
The building is older with some infrastructure limitations. The single elevator can be slow and is prioritized for patients, so staff often take the stairs. Temperature control (AC/heat) can be inconsistent. The workload is demanding, with high patient volume and administrative requirements typical of this setting. It can be more challenging for non-Spanish speakers, though interpreter services are readily available and helpful. Overall, this is a fast-paced environment where everyone goes above and beyond, so it may not suit those seeking a slower-paced role.
