      Limited nursing opportunities overshadowed by poor management and benefits

      Pros

      It's a job where nursing jobs are scarce unless you want to work in the nursing home or home health.

      Cons

      Benefits are horrible and super expensive. Management doesn't have a clue, it's who you know not what you know. No room for advancement. They do shady things that somehow always get covered up.
