Pros

Flexible as long as put down minimal hours in advance on manager sheets (Good if like me your in the performing arts and need to go to auditions) Games Room Can be a good atmosphere if sales good Fat Fridays, and fresh fruit Mondays (better for your figure) :)

Cons

managers and trainers pace the floor very reactive to current sales Sales per hour stats system means need to do 5 sales every shift to make ok money otherwise poor basic. Most people don't achieve this they say it isn't cold calling as sometimes setting a free cover first but make no mistake, the union members don't know they will be pitched on premium cover and you will be hard selling to them. They are ruthless with staff turnover, if someone struggles, the countdown begins. When the axe falls they will discourage people talking about them, they will even refer to them as RIP Sometimes it's better to jump than be pushed

Pros

There are no pros to speak of...

Cons

Unfortunately Dan Harrison is an appalling human being. He lied regularly to staff, promised the world and delivered nothing. Not to be trusted! He blew company money then paid next to nothing on bonuses. A stereo typical, self obsessed boss of a small company. Steer clear!!

Most of the people working are friendly but have no idea that this is a place where careers dive

Cons

No prospects or chance to grow, very old fashioned thinking with no innovation.
