The current ownership is invested and committed to growing the company and improving team morale.

There is still a considerable amount of turnover on the production floor, but it is difficult to find committed people who want to learn how to work with our product and adhere to industry requirements for quality.

-Faulty or downright broken equipment
-Management and Ownership doesn't listen to anyone on the floor but themselves.
-They'll have you sit around Monday thru Thursday and then expect you to work a Saturday because they brought you work Friday afternoon.
