Pay was terrible No leadership Management and owners loved to parade their new cars and purchases around while we had only 1/3 elevators working and pay was terrible Management would rarely speak or ask how you were doing or even attempt to give feedback on your job performance Management catered to Loan officers instead of the team who did most of the work on the loan No accountability for individuals who continually made mistakes No growth opportunities at all Interview was insulting. Picked up a personal call in the middle, told me I could always get a job elsewhere. Complete lack of respect. Very Cheap Management would consistently leave early or take long weekends

No micro-managing. Requesting time off easy . Management. Company providing training and services. Fairly heavy work load as to assure job security.

Cons

The unfortunate thing about this company is the pay and benefits. Most likely will paid around 20 % percent lower the the job title, and location average. Also other positions within that have less workload and skill requirements can be paid more than that.
