If you know what's good for you, stay away from this "company"!! Look elsewhere for reputable positions in "digital advertising" aka SPAM.

Pros

The we work offices are nice

Cons

If you like being treated like a child, with no prospect of financial/career growth then this is the place for you. You'd be thanklessly expected to put more and more of your personal time that you end up working most weekends and late nights, it isn't explicitly required but employees are pitted against one another to do so, this behavior is encouraged by management in all depts that it created a very uncomfortable environment where no one feels like they have job security because management seems to think fear is a good motivational tool, people in sales seemed to be the most disposable, however, I can't speak for their experience, scroll a little further past the fake 5 star reviews and you'll see their opinions on the company. Certain depts are understaffed because they don't want to pay decently or hire for crucial positions, they run things very lean, that means that if you take a junior position everyone you work with will most likely be at your level, with no senior guidance so you won't be learning anything new, as even your manager will always be juggling 10 things at the same time. The work itself is very unfulfilling and all the management negatives just makes this a job you can't wait to get out of.

Pros

WeWork Office was very nice.

Cons

The department I worked in liked to have what would be private conversations done in front of everyone. So your personal issues were drawn out as well as your struggles. Fear is the prime motivator here. They will continue to ramp up the pressure on you to deliver. It is a real results driven company. If you are unable to deliver, they want to make sure you feel awful that you couldn't. Their reasoning is to make sure it doesn't happen again. There were a few times where the manager was threatening other employees that their jobs were on the line. Yes, this was done publicly for everyone to see. If you are a junior in your position, you will be required to put in at least 30 to 40 hours extra a week. I have to hand it to them, they work very hard there. In fact, during the weekends, they come into work as well. If you are the person who wants to have an hour or two to themselves everyday, this is not the place for you.
