So many amazing things to say about our USB family. They are without a doubt 100% family first and flexible with everything from ill family members to children's activities. I have truly never seen a company as true to their word on this. For example during COVID, USB went the extra miles and did SO much for us employees beyond what we could have ever expected. They also have amazing benefits for the size of company!
Cons
There are several longer tenure employees who are resistance to change and things seem to move VERY slowly and communication among management and staff is not where it should be.
