      Pros

      UnionWare is an awesome work environment. The people are friendly and the clients are great. It feels wonderful working as a part of the system to advance workers rights across North America.

      Cons

      Work loads for some teams are pretty high due to some current staffing numbers that are actively recruiting for. Honestly once we are fully staffed up again I don't have much bad to say.
