Cons
They had a very generous compensations structure and friendly environment, than everything started to change because of the investors' pressure to make money and they started firing the "old spoiled team" and hiring new people for far worst conditions.... at the moment: Very low salary Unfair and unbalanced compensation scheme and inexistent rewarding program Awful management; power games and manipulation are a constant No internal communication, not in the same team or even worst between different departments Not so transparent process of (poor) decision-making Very confused and incomplete training and on-boarding processes No chance to grow within the company if you are not a friend of the boss (it looks like school with the annoying teacher's pet) Unlimited holidays by contract BUT the management actually hardly approves any day off. Unreachable and unrealistic targets (standard for every market, even if they are totally different) Basically they don't have a clue of what they're doing and how to treat people.
