      Pros

      Uniqkey’s mission to give European businesses full control over passwords and access is not just marketing talk. I speak with IT teams every day, and they immediately see the value of EU‑hosted infrastructure and ISO 27001 certification. Internally, the onboarding was thorough and welcoming, and I was trusted with real responsibility within weeks. The collaboration between Customer Success, Product, and Sales is the most natural I’ve seen, and feedback from customers genuinely reaches the roadmap. The remote setup works perfectly, and work‑life balance is respected.

      Cons

      The rapid growth means some internal processes, like cross‑team documentation and playbooks, are still being built. Occasionally you need to chase information that should be easier to find.

      Pros

      I joined Uniqkey after three years at a large corporation and the difference is night and day. Engineers have genuine autonomy over their work. The CTO, Roman, leads with clarity and gives the team room to solve problems creatively rather than micromanaging. Code quality is taken seriously-proper code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines are all in place. Working alongside colleagues in Poland and Ukraine has broadened my perspective and made me a better developer. The remote-friendly setup works well, and the company respects work-life balance.

      Cons

      The mobile app side of the product still needs more love compared to the browser extension and dashboard. Sometimes cross-timezone meetings can be tricky to schedule.
