Pros

It's hard to pick any.

Cons

Institutionalised, horrible internal systems. Communication near zero! Social interaction zero! Personal management skills zero! Wait till you want to quit then decide they want to talk to you and offer you more money after giving them a hint about this months ago. Labouring under the illusion they think they have you by the balls when you are financially committed, and refusing negotiations on remuneration when loading you with extra responsibilities outside of your scope of experience. Happy to do that but remuneration must be forthcoming! Communication or your exit ZERO! The arrogance of certain management members! Also, evident when clients even make comments about it. Seems to be a boys-only club going on and Management outside of Australia needs to open their eyes to this! Do not ask for a reference from them as they will refuse even if you have been a good worker for the company. Before you chew someones ear off get your facts straight!
