Philadelphia location has management more like high school bullies, they have no office etiquette, often embarrass employees in plain view, the office conversations has no censor. Very catty company. No advancement opportunities, pennies for annual pay increase, and management gets upset when you use you PTO. I do not suggest this company to anyone.

The Art Department is in shambles. Around 6 people left within two months and that is not a coincidence. I'm sure there are others looking for a way out too. The work environment is toxics, the deadlines are unrealistic and the Top Management team are a bunch of bullies that literally talk smack about their employees feet away from them. Plus! It is almost impossible for people to grow, even if they're beyond qualified because all they do it outside hire for positions. It's a mess. Do not reccommend unless you're really in need. Its not the worst but it is most certainly far from the best
