I have never worked with a consultancy before this, I always worked with most renowned companies of the world. This was the reason why i took time to take a decision on joining UKR. I had lot many questions like what will happen after the current assignments ends, but UKR team made it so easy. i always get a project before my current assignments ends. I think it all depends how long you have been in this market, UKR is in US market for almost 15 years.
Cons
Nothing to be mentioned specifically. You might need to brushup your skills for next assignment, but this is the nature of IT world.
